Cancellation Policy

Shop policy: No refund or exchange except for medical reasons with medical certification. A medical certificate is required for any appointment cancellation Change of mind cancellation are not accepted. Deposit are non-refundable and will retained for cancelled appointment Appointment may be rescheduled with minimum 24h notice Reschedule requests made within 24h may result in loss of deposit. All packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. For a change of mind, packages can be transferred to a friend with a notification to us.  All results are subjective and depend on the client's lifestyle we cannot guarantee results.
